POLARIS
Polaris waited patiently as Sanctifer thought it over then smiled brightly when he finally took her hand. “Thank you,” she said softly and blushed at his comment about saving her from harassment from the other cats, “I really appreciate it.” Giving his paw a gentle squeeze she started to lead him down the dull warehouse corridor and outside into the sunshine. Her other paw quickly went to cover her eyes from the glare, having been inside for a while her eyes stung a little from the brightness. Turning around she gave him a bright toothy grin before asking, “So what do you want to do? A walk? Or just sitting in the sun for a but?”
(I am so so so sorry about my prolonged absence guys :S I've just been bogged down with holidays, college work and internet and family problems)

SANCTIFER
It felt strange being at peace with a fellow, moreover this fellow being a female. Usually Warehouse members were either at each other's throat, though under some outward and fake kindness, or just plainly competing against each other. He himself had been in both these categories. Sanctifer looked back and shuddered a little. 'I think I'd like to go for a walk, see a bit of scenery that doesn't include our residence, you know? And then we could rest for a while in the sun?' He offered. 'Would you like that?'

POLARIS
Polaris’s first impression of Sanctifer had changed completely. At first he came across cold and harsh but now that she had spent some time with him and shown that she wasn’t going to lie or double cross him he seemed to have opened up. She liked this side of him. She enjoyed his company maybe a little more so then she did Alibastus’s. “A walk sounds perfect,” she said smiling, “I’d like that very much. Maybe I could show you around the beach where I live? It’s not far from here.” She hoped he would agree, she never got to spend time at the beach with good company. She was usually to tired by the time she got back home to enjoy the beach or the sea.

SANCTIFER
'Well... If you want to.' he could read in her eyes, the way she looked intently at him that she really wanted to go there and as he didn't care either way they were going as long as it wasn't this acursed yard, he wasn't going to complaint or disappoint her. She did seem different that in the building, more free perhaps? Or not so burdened. That gave her some kind of glow and attractiveness he quite liked. 'Shall we go then?' He had never been very far from the warehouse. Well, he had been into some part of town, seen things he wished he hadn't, and other he... still quite enjoyed, though with shame, but he really had no clue about the nicest places, and he didn't know about any 'beach', though he wasn't going to tell her. He was just going to follow her lead.

POLARIS
Polaris’s smiled brightly again at his acceptance of her idea before starting to lead him out of the dreary yard and onto a small sandy path that lead down to the coastline. Her entire being seemed to brighten and lift the further away she was from the warehouse and the longer she was in the sun. As they walked she looked up at Sanctifer to see how being out of the warehouse was effecting him. “He looks so nice in the sun,” she thought subconsciously before blushing and looking away with a small smile at her thoughts, “He doesn’t seem to get out much though.” She hoped that he didn’t see her blush, she had already embarrassed herself enough today with it.
